Responsibilities
- Coordinating care plans
- Performing skilled nursing assessments
- Managing complex wound care, PICC lines, blood draws, TPN, antibiotics, catheters, tracheostomy care
- Patient education to promote independence
Qualifications
- IL RN license
- BLS certification
- College diploma in nursing
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
