Responsibilities
- Medical case management, screening, education, and counseling
- Medication management and coordination with community healthcare providers
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule with remote phone consultations
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current Illinois RN licensure and valid driver's license
- Preferred experience with psychiatric care and working with children/adolescents
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
