About the Role

Provide medical case management, screening, education, counseling, and medication management for youth in residential programs. Network with community healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, primarily offering remote phone consultations to maintain accessibility without on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic health services supporting emotional, psychological, and physical needs of youth.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse licensure and valid driver’s license.
• Preferred experience in psychiatric care and working with children and adolescents.
