About the role
Join Southfield Village, a part of Greencroft Communities, and build a rewarding career caring for seniors. As a Nurse (LPN or RN), you will ensure residents receive the best possible clinical care, develop personalized care plans, and advocate for residents at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-focused clinical care.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on observation and expertise.
- Advocate for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded daily.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships, gaining trust and respect.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana; must maintain active license.
- Experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
- Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer’s unit is a plus.
- Passion for working with seniors and a drive to go above and beyond for them.
Schedule
Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Part-time: 5 shifts per pay period
Pay
LPN: $31.37 – $35.63 per hour
RN: $36.88 – $41.89 per hour
