Pay
$48–$53 per hour, depending on experience, plus $2 per hour night and weekend differential. Weekly pay.
Schedule
Flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem opportunities.
About the role
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one‑on‑one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in West Springfield, MA. New graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior homecare experience required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
- Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to support nursing care.
- Provide compassionate one‑on‑one nursing care in the home setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Perform other RN duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
- Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.
- Current BLS certification.
