Assisted Living - CNA - Evenings

About the role

The evening hours are some of the most meaningful in Assisted Living. From helping residents prepare for dinner and evening activities to ensuring they're comfortable before the night begins, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily routines
• Auxiliary with meals, evening activities, and bedtime preparation
• Encourage independence while providing assistance when needed
• Observe residents' well-being and communicate concerns to the nursing team
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and engaging home environment

Requirements

• Holds a current Indiana CNA certification
• Enjoys building relationships with older adults
• Bruits a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Values teamwork and compassionate service
• Takes pride in helping others feel respected and cared for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Indiana CNA certification

Pay

• $19.46$21.74 per hour
• +$1.50/hour evening shift differential
• +$1.50/hour weekend differential
