Nurse Assistant Student
About the role
As a Nurse Assistant Student, you will assist professional staff in caring for the personal needs and comfort of our residents. You will also assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, feeding, toileting, and bed making. You will practice safe transferring, lifting, turning, and positioning of residents using appropriate devices. You will obtain and accurately record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and track resident weights or intake/output. You will prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding, recording oral intake, and completing meal assessment sheets. You will prepare rooms for new admissions, assist with discharges, and clean medical equipment to maintain a clutter-free environment.

Requirements
- H.S Diploma or GED preferred.
- Enrolled in current CNA Program required.
- Experience working in health related field or service industry preferred.
