WK Bossier Nursing Service NS-3 North-Med Surg Shreveport, LA Nursing Part-Time, Night, 7p-7a Posted 08/12/2026 Req # 10729 Willis Knighton Bossier 3 North is looking for a part-time Nurse Assistant for our med-surg-tele floor to join our team on our night shift (1845-0715). The nurse assistant needs to have been a certified nurse aide, is currently a certified nurse aide, or has completed their first level of a nursing program. This is a busy 36- bed unit and needs someone that likes to stay busy while providing care to a variety of different patients. The job duties include taking vital signs, reporting abnormalities to the nurses, assisting patients with bathing, feeding, turning, toileting, patient care, and assisting nurses within their scope of practice. The shift is a 12- hour shift, where you work three shifts one week and two shifts the other. A general hospital orientation along with a 1-on-1 specific unit orientation is provided.
