Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of a neurology inpatient unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care
- Provide frontline leadership for nursing staff
- Coordinate patient flow and resources
- Promote evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Mentor and develop team members
- Lead initiatives in quality, safety, and patient experience
