Education/Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Must complete HFHS Nurse Assistant Apprenticeship Program recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL).
- Successfully pass all testing and/or exam.
- Complete all HFHS Nurse Assistant Apprenticeship Program competencies within the designated timeframe.
Required Certifications/Licenses
- Complete BLS Heart Saver Certification during apprenticeship program.
- In Home Care department, requires valid Michigan driver's license and a dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan.
