Responsibilities

• Provides patient care according to the plan of care, unit routine, and hospital policy under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Safely transports patients via wheelchair or stretcher, provides dispatch services, and documents services appropriately.
• Serves as an Observer for patients requiring constant observation (in person or via remote video monitoring) to maximize safety.
• Performs general receptionist and clerical duties to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit.
• Documents care provided in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Current CNA certification preferred

Pay

Sign-on bonus up to $1,500.
