About the role

Deliver compassionate bedside care by assisting patients with daily living activities to enhance their comfort and maintain dignity during their stay. Monitor and report vital signs to the clinical team, ensuring any subtle changes in patient status are identified early for immediate intervention. Support the care planning process by providing accurate observations and test results to your preceptor, directly influencing the patient's recovery roadmap.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
• Must be enrolled in Ivy Tech Evansville and accepted in the nursing program.

Qualifications
