Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Anesthetist to join our dynamic and growing Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical services including trauma, neuro, ortho, thoracic, transplant, pediatrics, robotics, and more.
• Collaborate with top faculty, participate in innovative research, and help train the next generation of nurse anesthetists.
• Engage in leadership roles, education, and research opportunities.
• Participate in Penn State’s new Nurse Anesthesia Program (anticipated start Spring 2027).
• Earn free continuing education credits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• NBCRNA certification required.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing.

Benefits

• Sign‑on bonus: $50,000.

Pay

• Starting salary: $277,000 annually for new graduates.
• Experienced CRNAs: up to $359,000 annually.
• Sign‑on incentives: up to $165,000 total (including $50k bonus and up to $65k completion bonuses).
