Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Anesthetist to join our dynamic and growing Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine.

Pay

  • $277,000–$359,000 annually
  • Up to $165,000 in sign-on incentives:
    • $50,000 sign-on bonus
    • Up to $65,000 in completion bonuses
  • $10,000 relocation stipend (if eligible)
  • Option to earn more with evening, weekend, and specialty coverage bonus options

Schedule

  • Full time (1.0 FTE)
  • Varied shifts with flexible & self-scheduling options

  • Minimal weekends
  • No holidays, no nights, no call

Responsibilities

  • Work across a wide range of surgical services including trauma, neuro, ortho, thoracic, transplant, pediatrics, robotics, and more
  • Collaborate with top faculty, participate in innovative research, and help train the next generation of nurse anesthetists

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • NBCRNA certification required
  • Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Nursing
