Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Anesthetist to join our dynamic and growing Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine.
Pay
- $277,000–$359,000 annually
- Up to $165,000 in sign-on incentives:
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $65,000 in completion bonuses
- $10,000 relocation stipend (if eligible)
- Option to earn more with evening, weekend, and specialty coverage bonus options

Schedule
- Full time (1.0 FTE)
- Varied shifts with flexible & self-scheduling options
- 4–10 hour shifts
- Minimal weekends
- No holidays, no nights, no call
Responsibilities
- Work across a wide range of surgical services including trauma, neuro, ortho, thoracic, transplant, pediatrics, robotics, and more
- Collaborate with top faculty, participate in innovative research, and help train the next generation of nurse anesthetists

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- NBCRNA certification required
- Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Nursing
