Responsibilities
- 100% responsibility for the Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Absorb and adhere to all standards, guidelines, regulations, and contract rules of Bucks County Community College, the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP), and the Affiliated Long-Term Care Facility during classroom, skills lab, and clinical instruction.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License/Practical Nurse License (LPN) in good standing with PA State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 2000 hours worked as a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in a skilled long-term facility over the course of one year.
- PA Criminal Background Check & Child Abuse Clearance.
- Two-step PPD test.
- Teaching the Educator/Train the Trainer Certification (TTE).
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid teaching certification.
- Experience in a skilled long-term care facility preferred.

Schedule
