The residents come from diverse backgrounds, including veterans, and have experienced homelessness, behavioral health issues, or substance abuse challenges. The facility offers a supportive environment that respects and celebrates the dignity and uniqueness of each individual.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $17.24 - $22.75 per hour, depending on verification of experience and qualifications. This schedule includes every other weekend.

Primary Responsibilities
- Promote optimal daily care: Assist residents with personal and oral hygiene, nutrition, exercise, and socialization, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
- Create a safe and clean environment: Encourage residents to care for their personal space and belongings, keeping their rooms tidy and clean.
- Ensure safety and quality: Follow all safety, security, and infection control protocols, ensuring the well-being of residents, coworkers, and the facility.
- Customer satisfaction: Provide exceptional service to our residents, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their happiness.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED: Obtain the necessary knowledge and comprehension skills to excel in your role.
- Multilingual skills: Ability to read, write, and converse in English. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Compassion and empathy: Show respect for residents' privacy and dignity, providing personal care with a caring touch.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Relate to individuals of diverse backgrounds, cultures, religions, and abilities.
