Part-Time Nurse Aide

Role Overview Responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to patients under supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring patient safety and promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Enrolled in a State-approved CNA program (up to four months) CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) Key Responsibilities Assist with patient hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility Document patient care accurately Respond promptly to call lights Support patient evacuation if needed Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and regulations Exhibit professionalism, patience, enthusiasm, and good judgment Skills & Abilities Ability to lift, move, and transport patients (up to 35 lbs) Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and positive attitude Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and safety procedures
