About the role
Healthcare facility in New Orleans seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator with a RN background for a primary‑care, adults‑only setting in Louisiana. This is a full‑time, immediate‑hire position with a quick interview process and day‑shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial, clinical, and administrative human‑resources systems.
- Provide coverage for RN and LPN staff, including backup for the Director of Nursing (DON).
- Promote the highest quality of patient care and leadership across the organization.
Requirements
- Current RN license (must have a RN background).
- BSN degree or ADN required.
- Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in Emergency Room (ER), Primary Care (PC), or Acute Care environments.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
