About the role

They are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead PET radiopharmaceutical production and operations at their state-of-the-art facility in Seattle, WA. While prior nuclear pharmacy experience is an asset, licensed pharmacists with leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply - full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily PET radiopharmaceutical production, quality control, and distribution in compliance with cGMP, FDA, NRC, and pharmacy regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support a skilled pharmacy team to ensure safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and documentation to maintain efficient and compliant operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, regulatory, and technical teams to uphold the highest standards of aseptic manufacturing and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Prior management, supervisory, or leadership experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to precision and compliance.
• Interest in learning and leading within the nuclear pharmacy field (training provided).
