Job Summary

As a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you would perform all established nuclear medicine procedures, perform required calibration and quality checks, order, prepare and store radiopharmaceuticals, administer intravenous or venous line injections of radiopharmaceuticals as authorized by physician, manipulate raw data, review studies for correct positioning and overall quality, perform decontamination procedures, and maintain security of all "hot" and "decay" areas. You will also participate in on-call duties and/or work variable shifts to meet department needs.

Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (NMT)
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist Bachelors Degree (CNMT)
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or (ARRT-N) Nuclear Medicine Technology
