- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree (CNMT)
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or (ARRT-N)
- Nuclear Medicine Technology (RT)
- Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
