About the Role
Perform diagnostic radionuclide procedures for patients across all ages, ensuring quality results. Responsible for equipment calibration, quality control, supply management, and maintaining a Radioactive Materials License. Support quality improvement activities and perform additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Support patient care and ensure technical accuracy of procedures
- Maintain equipment, records, and Radioactive Materials License compliance
- Perform equipment calibration and quality control
- Manage supplies and contribute to quality improvement activities
- Maintain expert technical skills and support team goals
Requirements
- Completion of an AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine training program
- Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification
- Ongoing education and maintenance of BLS and ACLS certifications
- 3-6 years recent hospital experience preferred, including nuclear cardiology
