Nuclear Medicine Team Lead | Full-Time

About the role

Support the workflow of Nuclear Medical Technologists, perform and assist in diagnostic and cardiac Nuclear Medicine procedures, and serve as a functional supervisor for support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to team members
• Lead daily operations, evaluate schedules, and ensure coverage
• Implement operational procedures and guide workflow improvements
• Support performance reviews and monitor service quality
• Act as a point of contact for patient issues and supervise in the absence of management

Qualifications

• Certification as an NM Technologist (CNMT) or ARRT/RN credential with 2+ years of Nuclear Medicine experience
• CPR certification; ACLS may be required
• Knowledge of nuclear medicine practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and professionals
