About the Role
The Nuclear Medicine Team Lead supports workflow, performs diagnostic and cardiac Nuclear Medicine procedures, and supervises support staff in a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative support to team members
- Lead daily operations, ensuring coverage and workflow efficiency
- Implement and modify operational procedures within guidelines
- Guide staff, suggest process improvements, and support performance reviews
- Handle patient issues and supervise in manager's absence
Requirements
- Certification as an NM Technologist (CNMT), RT(N), or equivalent
- CPR certification; ACLS may be required
- 2+ years of Nuclear Medicine scanning experience
- 3+ years of broad-based Nuclear Medicine technologist experience preferred
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine practices and procedures
