Nuclear Med Tech, PT

Overview

Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Education: Nuclear Medicine program accredited by either the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Required.

Work Experience: No experience required Required.

Licenses and Certifications

• (N) ARDMS or ARRT - Nuclear Med Tech Required
• CNMT - Certified Nuclear Med Tech CNMT registered Upon Hire Required
• NMTCB - Nuclear Medicine Tech NMTCB registered Upon Hire Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
