About the role

Responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine techniques. Works in conjunction with physicians to provide accurate and timely patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
• Position patients for imaging studies
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment
• Document patient information accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and quality care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Iowa
• Experience in nuclear medicine preferred
