About the role
Join our team as a Nuclear Medicine Technician responsible for safely handling and administering radionuclides for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Under supervision, you will operate specialized imaging and computer systems to perform exams for diagnosis interpretation by radiologists and cardiologists.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine exams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
- Contribute to delivering respectful, compassionate, and holistic patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an A.M.A. approved Nuclear Medicine Program
- ARRT or CNMT certification
- Experience with SPECT systems, cardiac imaging, and computer acquisition
- CPR certification
- Availability for rotating "on call" evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain 24 CEUs within 3 years and complete annual stroke education
