Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides direct leadership to leaders and is responsible for all aspects of maintenance department (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument & Control or Support) work execution and performance
- Obtains and allocates resources and contract services as required to accomplish corrective, elective and predictive maintenance
- Partners with Training to create and deliver training (team and individual) on maintenance fundamentals and best practices
- Ensures compliance with all regulations and policies; and adherence to site-specific ANSI standard requirements
- Manages the department budget to ensure work is performed timely in a safe and cost effective manner
- Buils strong succession plan through talent identification, development and mentoring
- Pairs with Union to build and maintain a respectful and effective working relationship
- Establishes a culture through actions, communications, and decision-making, to directly influence employee morale and engagement
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Nuclear Experience: 3+ Years
- Leadership Experience: 5+ Years
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's - Engineering
- SRO License - Active, Inactive or Prior
- Nuclear Senior Reactor Operator Certification
