Position Details
Brief Position Overview
Non-tenure track faculty position in the department of Microbiology & Cell Biology.
Duties and Responsibilities
Teaching on-campus or online courses.
Advising, evaluating and assisting students.
Curriculum and/or course development.
Participating in weekly faculty meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or a bachelor’s Degree and professional certification in a relevant or a related field.
- Minimum of three years substantial experience in the area of teaching responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues within and outside the department.
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant, long-term direct professional experience with successful deployment and execution of business processes and substantial insight into the theoretical frameworks of the field or discipline of teaching responsibility.
- Currency in the area of teaching responsibility.
- Previous Teaching Experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of college student development.
- Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity.
