About the role

The Non-Secure Detention Family Specialist position is responsible for helping youth grow, learn, and overcome challenges, and guide youth through counseling, mentorship, and providing structured case management services.

Requirements

• Eligible for a travel incentive plan
• Reporting to the onsite location in CANAAN, NY full-time until relocation to GLENMONT, NY
• Travel requirements and costs assistance provided through a travel incentive plan including:
• One hour of paid travel time per workday
• An increase in hourly wage during the transition period
• Mileage reimbursement for eligible miles driven
• A $500 monthly travel stipend
