NRES Project Delivery Project Manager

About the role

The NRES Project Delivery Project Manager will manage design and construction related activities for assigned capital projects, directly impacting facility development and operational readiness. Key responsibilities include managing project communications, contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, financial projections, and schedule requirements. The role requires proactive management of risks and contingencies, interfacing with hospital operations leadership, and driving projects from conception to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Minimum two-plus (2+) years of experience leading project management design and construction projects
• Thorough working knowledge of project construction budgets and controls
• Demonstrated success in the delivery of major healthcare capital projects
• Experience in facilitating project design and construction related meetings and presentations
• Knowledge of project delivery methods such as design-build, design-bid-build or others
• Experience in developing conceptual project scope, schedules and budgets
• Experience with construction processes, building and life safety codes
• Knowledge of approving authorities, OSHPD/HCAI (for State of California positions only) and similar regulatory agencies

Pay

The posted compensation range is $49.78 - $82.14 /hour, reflecting the reasonable estimate of what CommonSpirit Health might pay for this role based on current circumstances. Final compensation will vary based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The role is full-time with an 80-hour work week, Monday through Friday, and includes 10% travel.
