Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student data using differentiated instructional strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and ongoing supervision to support a collaborative approach.
• Apply behavior management skills, including multi-tiered systems like PBIS and restorative practices.
• Maintain regular communication with parents as a key component of student support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree (experience in special education preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.
