About the role
The successful candidate will utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. They will provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities
- Assists in follow-up care after initial consults are performed by dermatologists.
- Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.
- Establishes and enhances positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing or Bachelor’s degree in a health/science-related field for NP.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program from an accredited institution.
- Previous Dermatology experience required.
Qualifications
- Current licensure/ability to secure as a registered nurse in ND.
- Current licensure/ability to secure as a Nurse Practitioner in ND.
- Current licensure (or ability to obtain) as a Physician Assistant in appropriate state.
- Current certification in CPR.
- National certification, in applicable area.
