About the role

We are seeking an advanced practice provider with interest or experience in managing benign hematology. This is a daytime-only position with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high level of autonomy while benefiting from strong, collaborative physician support.
• Manage complex patients in a supportive and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program.
• License or license eligible in the State of Delaware, and meet credentialing requirements.
• 3-5 years of experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
• Oncology experience required.
• BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing benign hematology.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and treat conditions effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
