About the role
You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will practice at our CT Surgery Clinic and St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO.
Responsibilities
- Work with surgeons in performing procedures during surgery
- Perform Radial Artery and Saphenous vein harvesting
- Place Foley catheters and invasive lines
- Discharge Same Day or PACU patients
- Daily team rounding
- Include new H&P and surgical follow-ups
- Be on Q3 call including weekend rounding and being first call for the nursing floor
Requirements
- PA or NP degree from a fully accredited program
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a First Assist PA or NP required – NO NEW GRADS
- 1 year experience in CT with proven independence in EVH
- Active, unobstructed Colorado license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Skills
- Proven experience in EVH
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Pay
The salary is calculated on years of experience and can range from $125,000 - $193,000.
Schedule
Actual weekly hours may vary but are typically scheduled on a PRN basis.
