Schedule 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Job Overview We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Danbury, CT. This role focuses on building large-scale, custom products using a variety of tools and assembly techniques. This is not repetitive production work—each project is different. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable following evolving build instructions. Assembler Responsibilities Assemble large components and finished products using hand and power toolsInterpret blueprints, schematics, and build instructionsFollow detailed assembly steps and adjust to changing project requirementsInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceWork as part of a team to meet production deadlines Qualifications & Requirements Prior assembly experience required, preferably with large or custom buildsAbility to read and understand blueprints or technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsComfortable working on non-repetitive, project-based assembliesAbility to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs regularlyHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality Why Join This Role?
