About the role

K’s Kare Givers is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide in-home support services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, professional, and passionate about helping others maintain dignity, independence, and comfort at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands when needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
• Follow care plans and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access required for EVV clock-in/out system
• TB Test, PCA Certification, CPR/First Aid Certification, Fingerprints & Background Check (may be completed during onboarding after a job offer is extended)

Pay

$16–$18 an hour

Schedule

• Monday–Sunday
• Flexible scheduling available
• Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts available
