Requirements

• Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (required – no exceptions)
• Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Prepare simple meals
• Support mobility and transfers
• Perform medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Deliver dementia-friendly care (training provided)

Benefits
