About the role

We’re looking for reliable and compassionate PCAs, CNAs, Nursing Assistants, and Nursing Students who are ready to grow in a career that truly makes a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Aid with bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Prepare simple, nutritious meals
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Support families with safe caregiving techniques
  • Implement individualized care plans

Requirements

  • Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions)
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Dementia care experience (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
