Certification

• Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Provide medication reminders
• Support dementia or memory care needs
• Communicate effectively with families and office staff

Requirements

• Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required – No Exceptions)
• Compassionate and professional attitude
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dementia care experience (preferred)
• Comfortable with small pets
• Dependable communication

Pay

$16.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on credentials. + $0.50/hr raise after completing required training

Schedule

• Morning shifts (starting between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
• Afternoon shifts (starting around 12:00 PM)
• Some weekend availability required
