Eataly is hiring Restaurant Professionals to join their team. They are looking for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, quality food, beverage, and service.
About the Role
Eataly is a unique marketplace that combines dining, shopping, and learning about authentic Italian cuisine. Each location features multiple full-service restaurants, cafés, to-go eateries, fresh counters, a grocery market with over 10,000 products, and a cooking school.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume restaurant or café
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Train and manage a team of staff members
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate records
- Conduct cooking classes and provide product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
