About the role
EATALY Flatiron is hiring Restaurant Professionals to join a team that values hospitality, quality food, beverage, and service. Each Eataly location offers guests the chance to eat authentic Italian food, shop high‑quality Italian, local, and homemade products, and learn through classes and staff product knowledge. The hiring event is an Open Call on Wednesday, September 30th from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at the 23rd Street entrance, where candidates should check in at the Guest Relations desk with a resume and enthusiasm.
Open Positions
- Bread Baker – $18 – $21
- Host – $17 – $20 plus tips
- QSR Sales Associate – $17 + tips
- Barista – $17.50 + tips
- Pasta Maker – $17 – $20
- Line Cook – $18 – $21
- Server – $17 + tips
- Table Support – $17 + tips
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a high‑volume restaurant
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
