About the role

Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace, featuring full‑service restaurants, cafés, to‑go counters, a grocery market with over 10,000 products, and a cooking school. Each location offers a unique character while sharing the goal of letting guests EAT, SHOP, and LEARN about authentic Italian cuisine. The team is hiring Restaurant Professionals for various roles.

Positions and Pay

• Cheesemonger – $18‑$24 per hour
• Line Cook – $18‑$21 per hour
• Prep Cook – $17‑$19 per hour
• Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Lead – $22‑$25 per hour
• Barista – $17.50 per hour + tips
• Quick Service (QSR) Sales Associate – $17.00 per hour plus tips
• Bread Baker – $18‑$21 per hour
• Host – $17 per hour + tips
• Bakery Lead – $22‑$27 per hour
• Floor Manager – $70,000‑$75,000 yearly

Open Call Details

When: Thursday, October 1st at 10 AM‑12:30 PM, rain or shine.
Where: Eataly Downtown, 101 Liberty Street, 3rd Floor, 10007, New York (top floor of Westfield Mall). Take the escalator to the top floor and check‑in at the Guest Relations Desk on the right side of the entrance. Bring your resume and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high‑volume restaurant
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
