Responsibilities
- Work closely with physicians, patients, families, and care teams to deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to each client's needs
- Assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor progress
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team members
Requirements
- Active Texas nursing license
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray
- At least one year of nursing experience in a home health agency, healthcare facility, or clinical setting
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
