About the role

Home Instead of Northborough & Natick, MA is now hiring in-home Care Professionals to perform the essential work of keeping seniors safe, comfortable, and at home. We cover all of the Greater Worcester Area and the MetroWest, over 32 towns and communities. We have a variety of shifts available, both FULL TIME and PART TIME! We can create a schedule that fits into anyone's needs. No certification required. We offer all the training you will need.

Responsibilities

Care Professionals help with a variety of tasks including:

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Personal care
• Transportation
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders

Requirements

An ideal Care Professional must have:

• A passion for helping others
• A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• A strong work ethic and dependability
• Covered by COVID-19 Vaccination
• Passable drug screening
• Passable criminal background check

Qualifications

No formal education or certifications are required. All necessary training will be provided.

Pay

$17.00-$20.25 per hour depending on level of care and location of the client. Mileage Reimbursement is $0.66 per mile.

Schedule

Both FULL TIME and PART TIME shifts are available.
