We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide personal care services to adults with physical disabilities at our New Brighton, MN location.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Medication administration
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping services
- Written and/or electronic communication
- Assist residents in obtaining transportation when necessary, including accompanying them into the community
Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Problem‑solving skills
- Ability to perform job tasks with little supervision
- A caring attitude and desire to make a difference
- Pass a criminal background check
- Professional demeanor
