About the role
This role directly engages in notary operations as operations support. Availability is required from 1pm - 10pm ET / 10am-7pm PT.
Responsibilities
- Provides operational support to clients and notaries throughout the signing request process and/or real estate transaction process (prior to, in progress, and post-closing).
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience.
Pay
Annual base salary range: $41,138.48 - $68,564.13. The range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. Actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
