Responsibilities

  • Sales Teammate: Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the store through visual merchandising, sales demonstration, and coaching.
  • Support store management with recruitment, training, and development.
  • Perform alterations using Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies.
  • Operate the Point of Sales system and assist operations managers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
  • Create and implement visual merchandising strategies with store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Positive, passionate attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Experience with customer service and retail operations.
