- Leadership responsibilities include recruiting, training, and development, as well as contributing to the sales strategy and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Sales Teammate: Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the store through visual merchandising, sales demonstration, and coaching.
- Support store management with recruitment, training, and development.
- Perform alterations using Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies.
- Operate the Point of Sales system and assist operations managers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
- Create and implement visual merchandising strategies with store leadership.
Qualifications
- Positive, passionate attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.
- Experience with customer service and retail operations.
