About the role

The Northeastern University R&D Engineer Co-op program offers a unique opportunity for graduating seniors to gain hands-on experience in research and development at Procter and Gamble (P&G).

Responsibilities

  • Find new ways to innovate, develop, and manufacture consumer products.
  • Work with talented technologists and mentors to strengthen your skillsets and develop new areas of mastery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate consumer needs into design and technical specifications.
  • Engage in various R&D areas including Products Research, Analytical & Measurement Science, Product Design & Development, Product Formulation & Design, Packaging Development, Blades & Metals Process Innovation, Process Development & Pilot Plant Operations, Material Development, Modeling and Simulation (M&S), and Data Science.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's students majoring in engineering degrees graduating in 2028 or 2029.
  • Experience in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Roles also available for Data Science/Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and active listening abilities.
  • Able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Pay

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
