North County Respite - Residential Counselor- Relief Per Diem Gardner

About the role

We offer relief counseling positions within our Respite programs, which are designed to help individuals live independently and beyond their perceived limitations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Aid in accessing and providing transportation for individuals.
• Create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
